RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Please read our return policy carefully and make sure that all criteria are met before sending back any items to us. This return policy is applicable to all items in our site except those specially marked.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

 

Other notes of our return policy

We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 14 days of delivery.

* Because products decrease in value over time, casasoniafashion.com will issue a partial refund for items received more than 14 days after delivery, depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise.

 

All items must be in a re-saleable condition, i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached.

* We reserve the right to refuse to refund items returned in not re-saleable condition. Goods returned in an unsatisfactory (opened or used) and not in a re-saleable condition may be returned to you at your expense or awarded a partial refund.

 

For combination purchases/ multi-buys you must return any ‘free’ items back to us to process a refund.

The original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewelry or hat/hair extensions unless they are of quality problems.

Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and a partial refund may be issued.

 

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Sale items can not be returned. There is a 20% restocking fee for all refunds. Restocking fees are deducted from your final refund amount.

 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • The problem of color aberrations. Because of different monitors, light, etc, color aberrations are absolute difficult to avoid.
  • Size Problem. Because of different measure methods of different people, there might be subtle differences in size. The existence of 2-3 inches of error is normal.
  • Subjective Views. Subjective feelings such as “the fabric is too thick”, “the texture is too hard”, “it is not suitable for me”, “I don’t like the way it looks at me”, etc, are not belonging to the quality issues of our acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in CasaSoniaFashion`s sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

 

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

 

RETURN PROCESS

1. Submit a return request at to Customer Service within 7 days upon receiving your order. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.

We reserve the right not to accept the returns without prior approval from our Customer Service.

2. Once our Customer Service has approved your request, we will provide you with a return address as well as a Product Return Form that must be filled in and included with your return. Please send the item(s) through your local post office within 3-5 business days upon receiving the return form. Please DO NOT use expedited courier like UPS, DHL or FedEx; the normal economic Post Office service would be just fine. Please keep the tracking number safe.

3. All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once the refund has been processed by us, it usually takes 10-15 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge.

4. By returning item, customer should pay shipping cost by himself. All international customers are responsible to pay any and all fees when shipping an item back. (Duties, taxes, brokerage fees etc).

Please Note: we reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in unacceptable condition.
